In the cement production process, there are many dust sources, such as crushers, mills, high-efficiency powder separators, conveyors, silos, silo tops, silo bottoms and packaging systems, dryers, drying mills, coal mills and coolers , vertical kiln, rotary kiln and kiln-mill integrated machine all produce a large amount of dust and smoke, and the pollution to the environment is also quite serious, becoming the main dust emission industry in my country.
A large number of bag filters are used in the cement industry, which are not only environmental protection equipment, but also production equipment. Therefore, according to the characteristics of dust conditions, the correct selection and use of filter materials is particularly important. Including filter bag consumption and operating power consumption play a decisive role. In the cement industry, the following three types of filter materials are generally selected according to different working conditions and environments:
High temperature filter material: kiln head and kiln tail ,dryer
Anti-static filter material: coal mill
Normal temperature filter material: silo, packing station, cement mill and other environmental dust removal
