Waste incineration
The composition of flue gas emitted by waste incineration boilers is complex, and the operating temperature of dust removal equipment is relatively high (~170°C). The carbon-containing fly ash, deacidification agent and reaction products in the upstream flue gas are mixed together and captured by the filter bag, forming a dust layer on the surface of the filter bag.
The dust layer is also a reaction film, which uses its adsorption and catalysis to further decompose harmful gases such as SOx, HCL, and NOx. The selection of materials for waste incineration power generation dust removal bags mainly considers the following factors: high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, etc. In addition, due to the relatively high humidity of flue gas in waste incineration power generation, hydrolysis resistance is also a necessary condition that must be considered when selecting filter material materials.
The waste incineration flue gas has strong hygroscopicity. After the flue gas is desulfurized, CaCL2 and CaSO3, etc., are all hygroscopic substances. After the flue gas is wet, the flue gas particles are sticky and easy to adhere to the filter material, which affects the dust removal. The dust removal efficiency of the filter material and the life of the filter material, however, the PTFE dust filter bag can work at a temperature of 240 °C for a long time, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 280 °C. It is the first choice for the high temperature filtration industry. The surface of the PTFE dust filter bag is smooth and easy to clean. Even in the case of high temperature, its surface only sticks to a very small amount of dust. It is completely suitable for the waste incineration flue gas treatment process. The PTFE dust filter bag has a long service life and is called "" non-aging fibers".
